We outsource opportunities to make job, learnership and internship searching online easier for you as a candidate and a jobseeker in the job market.  We post vacancies, internships and learnerships outsourced from our clients.  On our social media platforms we share vacancies from other platforms as well.

We offer recruitment services to our clients (businesses, companies, funders, sponsors, public sectors, SMME’s and partnerhips) based on the nature of their workplace, recuritments  and goals.  Proposals and contracts are drafted in an honorable manner to fit the client’s needs in the most deliverable solution-driven manner, at a high degree of professionalism, to achieve goal-driven results.

APPLYING IS EASY

1. Upload your CV on our website and it will be saved on our database.  You can then apply when vacancies are advertised on our platforms.

2. If you have uploaded your CV on our website, you will be contacted should an opportunity matching the requirements arises.  those who have applied will then be shortlisted after the advertised closing date.

3. Your application has been acknowledged and is successful.  An interview will be scheduled for the candidates that meet the requirements.

4.  Successful candidates will be informed via email and telephone.  Unsuccessful candidates will also be informed.

5. Contracts, proposals and employee’s start dates will be communicated accordingly.

Temporary Placements

We maintain the employer-employee relationship, and we are responsible and obligated as the employer throughout the employment period. A business agreement is proposed with the client that sets out a service fee and includes a guarantee period as client insurance.

Response Handling

We guarantee a positive response from our optimised advertising service. First three (3) advertisements free per company.

– Advertise on behalf of client – (client to provide requirements of advert);
– Place advert on top job portals;
– CV based screening, detailed reference checks – (does not include AFIS Criminal checks);
– Compile a shortlist based on minimum requirements;
– Schedule of certain candidates responding;
– Present short listed applications for further consideration;
– Organise interviews with the short listed applicants;
– Advise successful and unsuccessful applicants of the outcome.

Learnerships and internships are crucial to achieving a top B-BBEE rating.
